Who I Am
I am a family-oriented photographer working out of Placerville, CA and have provided the Sacramento and Central Valley areas with professional photography services since 2004, currently shooting anywhere from New York City to Los Angeles.
The Digital Age
After learning the photography ropes with an old Nikon Nikkormat FT-3, I upgraded to digital photography (sticking with the Nikon family), and, while I sometimes miss the feel and smell of working in an analog dark room, I know I was meant to work in this digital age. My 100% digital workflow allows me to have turnaround times faster than most photographers, and the ability to save “loss-less” digital archives in redundant geographical locations on multiple terabyte storage drives means that not even natural disasters impede my ability to keep your images safe.
Your Photos
As part of my commitment to my customers, I’ve pledged to keep the final, full-resolution images archived across multiple systems, forever. If you ever need another disc of images burned, due to a lost disc, or physical damage, I will take care of you. I do ask for a small fee to cover the aggregate cost of archiving so many images, and for postage, but that’s a small price to pay for the security of knowing that your images will never be completely lost to you.
